Welcome to the official website and platform of Comet Cabling LLC (“Comet Cabling”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online platforms, services, and tools (collectively, the “Platform”), whether as a Comet Cabling employee or a third-party licensee authorized to operate under the Comet Cabling brand.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Access

• Employees: You may access and use the Platform only as authorized by Comet Cabling management. Unauthorized use of internal documents, systems, or data is strictly prohibited.

• Licensees: You must have a valid license agreement with Comet Cabling to access proprietary areas of the Platform. Misuse or unauthorized access will result in termination of licensing rights and possible legal action.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Share login credentials with unauthorized persons

• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate proprietary tools, templates, or data

• Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code

• Access or use confidential materials beyond the scope of your role or license

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, code, designs, documents, tools, and data on this Platform are the exclusive property of Comet Cabling or its licensors, protected under applicable IP laws.

• Employees: Any work product or content you upload or create on the Platform in your role is the property of Comet Cabling.

• Licensees: You may use Comet Cabling’s branding and materials only as expressly permitted in your license agreement. Unauthorized reproduction or public representation is strictly prohibited.

4. Data and Privacy

Comet Cabling may collect and store user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection, processing, and storage. You agree not to misuse or share customer or company data accessed through the Platform.

5. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that the Platform may contain confidential or proprietary business information. You agree not to disclose, share, or replicate such information without written consent from Comet Cabling.

6. Account Management

• Employees: Your access may be modified or revoked at any time. Misuse may lead to disciplinary action or termination.

• Licensees: Your access is conditional on active license status. Comet Cabling may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated.

7. Changes to Terms

Comet Cabling reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Comet Cabling disclaims all liability for errors, outages, or data loss. Users are responsible for ensuring their own backups and secure practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

Comet Cabling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including any loss of data or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
